Banana Oat Slice

This yummy oat slice is super easy to make and great for little ones as it's quite soft and easy to eat! Also a great choice for snacks on the go.



INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups quick oats

  • 1 large, ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 2 tbs peanut butter (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Mash Banana and mix with remaining ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Once ingredients are well combined transfer to a lined tray and press to compact

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour

  4. Remove from tray and cut into slices of desired size

  5. Enjoy!

Oat slice should be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
