This yummy oat slice is super easy to make and great for little ones as it's quite soft and easy to eat! Also a great choice for snacks on the go.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups quick oats
1 large, ripe banana
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup of water
2 tbs peanut butter (optional)
METHOD:
Mash Banana and mix with remaining ingredients in a large bowl
Once ingredients are well combined transfer to a lined tray and press to compact
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Remove from tray and cut into slices of desired size
Enjoy!
Oat slice should be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
